Sara's On-The-Fly Pineapple Protein Smoothie
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple tidbits
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used EAS 100% whey)
ice
Put all ingredients in blender, blend, pour, enjoy. Lick lips and think, Mmm... I'll make this again.

Sounds pretty good to me. I actually add a scope (small spoonful) of ice cream to my late night after workout shake to make it seem more deserty. I don't normally eat sugar all day. I only use 100% whey. One of the best products.

I have a protein and fruit smoothie every day for breakfast. I really enjoy it with brown rice protein. It doesn't have the taste whey does.
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 small frozen banana
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1 serving protein powder
This is my daily regiment. The frozen fruit makes it so I don't have to add ice.
