High Protein French Toast

2 slices whole wheat, low calorie, high-fiber bread, such as Nature's Own High Fiber
1 whole egg, 3 egg whites
dash of cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar free syrup, such as Log Cabin Sugar Free

Whisk together whole egg, egg whites and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Soak bread in egg mixture until absorbed. Coat skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high. Cook bread on each side for approximately 3 minutes. Move to plate and top with the sugar free syrup. Enjoy! Serves 1.
